The Whiskey Lounge’ @ Harbourside, Winter Pop-Up Bar.

Celebrate the finer things in life at The Whisky Lounge! This six week pop-up bar opened at Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill, July 2017. With a plush interior, premium whisky and award-winning food in a sophisticated space. The live entertainment line-up included Peter Ulrich, Dan Sing, Murry Sweetpants, Nathan Haines vinyl DJ and more. Attendees could learn about blending and the variety of flavours of malt and grain whisky at the Whisky Lab. They also became experts in cocktail creation and perfected whisky food pairing. The Whisky Lounge was just an exquisite night out. We worked on this from inception to completion. We came up with the initial concept with Good Group Hospitality and Pernod Ricard. We supported with publicity, entertainment bookings, audience invitations & RSVPs, opening event party and interior design liaison.
